Directions:
- When your fruit leather is dehydrated to perfection, remove the leather from the parchment on the dehydrator tray.
- Place fruit leather on plastic wrap that measures two inches longer than the leather.
- Roll leather/plastic wrap strips into tight rolls.
- Press extra length of plastic wrap onto itself.
- Cut finished rolls into 1’ pieces.
Yield:
- 2 cups puree = one 8 x 6 inch sheet of fruit leather
- Each sheet = ten 6” rolls
