Fruit roll-ups

Directions:

  1. When your fruit leather is dehydrated to perfection, remove the leather from the parchment on the dehydrator tray.
  2. Place fruit leather on plastic wrap that measures two inches longer than the leather.
  3. Roll leather/plastic wrap strips into tight rolls.
  4. Press extra length of plastic wrap onto itself.
  5. Cut finished rolls into 1’ pieces.

Yield:

  1. 2 cups puree = one 8 x 6 inch sheet of fruit leather
  2. Each sheet = ten 6” rolls
