Ingredients:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
- 1 Tbl. soy sauce
- 4 cups walnut halves or pieces
Directions:
- Blend brown sugar, oil, and soy sauce in a large skillet over low heat.
- Add walnuts, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until brown and fragrant.
- Spread the nuts on a large baking sheet to cool completely before storing in individual serving-sized bags.
Yield: Serves 8 (serving size: 4 ounces or ½ cup)
These will keep for 3 weeks.
