Ingredients:
- ½ cup dehydrated macaroni
- 2 Tbl. + 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese sauce powder mix (or ¼ cup “Cheese” (Nutritional Yeast) Dry Mix)
- Dash of pepper
Directions:
- Place macaroni in a 4 x 6 plastic bag.
- Place cheese sauce powder mix and pepper in a 2 x 3 zip style plastic bag.
- Enclose the smaller bag in the larger bag and seal.
Yield: Serves 1
Rehydrate:
- Add macaroni to your pot with ¾ cup water.
- Light stove, bring to a boil, and continue cooking with the lid on for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese mix.
- Put the lid back on.
- Let rest 10 minutes for the meal to continue rehydrating and cooking.
Freezer bag cooking:
- Add ½ cup hot water to pasta.
- Let sit in cozy for 15–20 minutes.
- Stir in cheese mix.
