Ingredients:
- 2/3 cups couscous
- 1/3 cup dehydrated mushrooms, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup dehydrated peas
- ½ cup dehydrated ham
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper (don’t skimp on pepper)
- 2 Tbl. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 4 x 6 plastic bag.
- Place Parmesan cheese in a 2 x 3 zip style plastic bag.
- Enclose the smaller bag in the larger bag and seal.
Yield: Serves 2
Rehydrate:
- Boil 1 ½ cups water. Stir the ingredients into the water well, remove from heat, and leave covered (without peaking) for 10 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork.
- Add parmesan cheese
