Corn Bark Stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  Combine all dry ingredients in a 4 x 6 or sandwich size zip plastic bag.

Yield: Serves 1

Rehydrate:

  1. Combine all ingredients with 1 ¼ cup water in pot and soak 5 minutes.
  2. Light stove and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  3. Rest for 10 minutes.

Serving Suggestion:  Serve with garlic bread croutons.
