Ingredients:
- ¼ cup old fashioned oatmeal (or steel cut)
- ¼ cup quinoa (dehydrated)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ cup dehydrated fruit
- ¼ cup granola (I use my homemade granola .)
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 2 Tbl. dry milk
Directions:
- Pack granola and fruit in separate small bags.
- Enclose in larger freezer bag with other ingredients.
Yield: Serves 1
Freezer bag cooking:
- Add fruit to freezer bag.
- Add 1 cup hot water to the freezer bag.
- Let sit in cozy for 10 minutes. (If using steel cut oats, set 25 minutes.)
- Stir
- Add granola.
