Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup dehydrated quinoa
- 2 Tbl. dehydrated apples
- 1 Tbl. slivered almonds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbl. powdered milk
- 1 Tbl. sugar
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.
Yield: Serves 1
Rehydrate:
- Add enough hot water to cover ingredients.
- Stir and then let set for 5 minutes or until cereal is rehydrated.
