Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 c. water (I use whey from my homemade Greek Yogurt)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbl. nonfat dry milk
- 2 tsp. yeast
Directions:
Follow instructions for your bread machine.
Yield: 1 ½ pound loaf
