Ingredients:
- 1 cup dehydrated hash brown potatoes (or dehydrate frozen hash brown potatoes directly from package in dehydrator)
- 1 Tbsp dehydrated onion
- 1 Tbsp dehydrated ham
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in 4 x 6 plastic bag.
Yield: Serves 1
Rehydrate:
- Add water 1 cup water to pan and bring to boil.
- Add potato mixture to pan and maintain near boil for 5 minutes to reconstitute potatoes.
- Pour off excess water.
